Mindsec was founded in 2023 in Quebec, Canada with one concrete goal:Fix a Broken Compliance System

  • We’ve felt the pains of compliance first-hand: drowning in spreadsheets, chasing down evidence across old emails like it’s a scavenger hunt, and burning money paying consultants’ steep fees… all while trying to grow a business.
  • It was an inefficient, expensive, and unfair system to companies that simply want to prove their security, comply with their local regulations, and reassure customers that their personal information is in responsible hands.
  • Security compliance shouldn’t cost a small fortune or take half a year. So instead of waiting for the industry to miraculously fix itself, we took matters into our own hands and built the all-in-one, smart compliance power tool we wish we had ourselves, to help companies achieve certification in as little as 6 weeks, while cutting up to 70% of the costs.
